As a villain, maybe, as a fascist general, certainly, as an enemy of the people, for sure, as a Machiavelli masochist, it's a possibility, as an imbecile idol, it's an option, as a kind of American Godzilla, I can see the resemblance, but as a Steam Punk heroin, really, I don't get it.
Mind you, the comic has the worst reviews of all time, but that ain't surprising.
You simply cannot create a heroes where there is none.
