Chapter 108: A Miniature World Trip . Part3

And I felt like going back into the world of the minuscule, a world so filled that it still seems magnificent.
We are back into the Miniature Museum.
And, let's start immediately with a car exhibit.
Beautiful cars and beautiful people, on a beautiful turf:
The Girl with the Red Skirt

Silver

The New Father

Then, let's have a look that famous castle, you know, the one in the clouds, that you can only attend by climbing a beanstalk:

The Castle in the Sky

And, how to stop that big guy that is coming down that beanstalk fastly:

Timber

OK, and now, the beauty of civilization in the old/new cities:

The Banker

The Drunks

Ok, and now, let's go to the country of the Rose, and looking at one of those gorgeous London buses:

Dundee Marmelade

Yes, we are in England, the UK.
Look at that people:

The Gold Statue

I love the scooters.
The scene is like a busy day frozen in time.
It is interesting, because it is like a picture, but no one is moving.
Fascinating concept:

Downtown London

Next time, we'll end this Miniature Voyage, with details and a very blue sky.

I want to talk about Art.
But not really talk.
I want to smile and not be judgemental.
I found, browsing the web, some advertisement made by Lacoste, the crocodile mark.
From beginning to end, here are some interesting ideas.
Is it art or not, well, do you want my opinion, or do you want the truth?
Ponder on that.

The Original Crocodile

1933

Wearing It

Attention au Crocodile... Et évitez d'acheter une imitation...

1970's

Crocodelle

Grandor Aspiration

Viva Italia

The Cyborg

Unconventionally Chic

Un Peu D'Air

Not bad, not bad.

Et pour finir, a little comic book pleasure.
Well, kind of.
Nowadays, comics and movies are kind of making up it seems.
So, The Avengers are coming.
Here is something to appease some of us thirst for another Marvel movie:

Iron Man

The Hulk

Captain America

Thor

The Black Widow

The Falcon?

And Nick Furry of The Shield

That's all my childhood.

Voila, that's all folks.
Allez, one last great shot.

Sincerely,

Serge

  1. I find it odd that Hawk-Eye didn't get his own movie. and also, that the Hulk is going to be played but someone not in the previous movies. I am looking forward to the Avengers!

you always find the most interesting pictures :)

  2. Hawk-Eye, that is the name I was looking for.
    :D
Only remembered the french name of that character. :)

Yes, it is a tad odd for the bird eye guy, but then, they might be working with deadlines and what's not, and so, maybe they had in mind to release "The Avengers", and then making a movie with Hawk, depending on popularity.

Also, it is expecting they will change actors, as, this is a never ending story, just like the comics, so, we are all only humans, in real life that is.
    :D

Looking forward to see you tomorrow!

  4. love the mini-photos! Oh to shrink to that level and walk around, or better yet have the money to build a full scale model of that weirdness. Perfectly still, almost-alive environments that you can walk through. Full scale outside so the wind could not blow the astroturf!
